Having taken a breather and given Oaks Day a miss (and not going to lie, very relieved to have not been there for the torrential downpour!), I was feeling fresh, well-rested and ready to do it all again on Stakes! Traditionally Family Day of the Melbourne Cup Carnival, I've always enjoyed the more chilled-out, relaxed vibe. Wearing this incredible, Bridal-esque, off-the-shoulder Camilla & Marc number, we marquee hopped our way around for the final time this season. After giving the Lost In London themed Schweppes marquee one last visit, we moseyed on over to the Emirates Marquee, also similarly  "Hello England" themed. We enjoyed high tea desserts, a pamper room complete with YSL and Evo products, the best view of the track and most memorably, the break-dancing Buckingham Palace guards.

With post-races depression setting in we can't believe it's another Spring Racing Season done and dusted - we can't wait to see what 2016 brings!
